In this part, we go looking for a wild Lapras. You need a Pokemon with Surf and the National Dex. It has a 5% encounter rate at the Village Bridge. Go to Lacunosa Town, and head west through Route 12 to the Village Bridge. Run around until a surf spot appears in the water, but instead of fishing into it, swim into it!
